This seminar, taught by John Piper at The Bethlehem Institute, is designed to explore the Biblical teachings regarding maleness and femaleness and the implications of sexuality for leadership in the church and home. The complementarian view, which understands there to be distinct but equally valuable roles for men and women in the church and home, is explained and defended as Biblical and therefore good for us. Piper endeavors to treat the egalitarian alternative with fairness and doesn't avoid difficult texts or questions.
